APPOINTMENT & SALON POLICIES

Cancellation Policy
To maintain the highest level of service and appointment availability, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

If you need to adjust your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is kindly requested.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

​

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require adjusting your service to fit the remaining time, or rescheduling if necessary. In either case, the full investment of the originally booked service will still apply.

First-Time Guest Policy
Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation to ensure every detail of your service is tailored to your hair goals and lifestyle.

Please complete the Digital Consultation Form. Submissions are answered within 48 business hours (Monday–Thursday).

Forms received Friday–Sunday will be reviewed on the following Monday.

Transparent Pricing Policy
All pricing listed on the Service Menu reflects your complete investment—gratuity is not accepted.

This ensures clarity and eliminates guesswork when planning your services.


Example: Mini Color Package $292 + Haircut $120 = $412 total.

Clean Hair Policy
Arriving with clean, dry hair ensures the best results for both color and cutting services. Oils, product buildup, or moisture can impact the precision of your results.

​

Please arrive with your hair in your preferred “day one” style—whether blown out, diffused, or air-dried—and avoid intense workouts beforehand, as appointment times do not accommodate multiple shampoos or working on damp hair.

1. STORE POLICIES

 

All Sales Are Final​

As a small, independently owned business, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. This policy allows us to keep our pricing fair and continue offering boutique, high-quality products you love.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please email us with a clear photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we’ll gladly exchange the product at no cost.


Order Pickup
Local pickup orders must be collected within 1 week of purchase. After 7 days, unclaimed orders may
be restocked without refund.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged as described above.
- Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

- A clear photo of the damaged item is required when submitting your claim.
- Approved claims will result in a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

 

3. PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. We value the trust you place in our salon and are committed to
protecting your personal information.


Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, schedule an appointment, or create an account, we collect necessary personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and shipping information.


How Your Information Is Stored

All transactions and personal data are securely processed and stored through Square’s trusted point-of-sale platform. We do not store or have access to your full payment information, as all payment data is encrypted and protected by Square’s industry standard security measures.


Use of Your Information
We use your information only to process orders, schedule appointments, and communicate about your purchases or services.
 

Your Privacy Rights
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties outside of the services necessary to fulfill your order or appointment.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our website and purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:


General – Jones Salon Suite is a small, independently owned business dedicated to high-quality salon products and services.


Payment – Payments are processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.


Order Processing & Pickup – Local pickup orders must be collected within 1 week of purchase.


Unclaimed orders may be restocked without refund.


All Sales Are Final – No returns or refunds for non-damaged items (see “Returns and Exchanges”).


Damaged Products – Claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


Shipping – Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Non-stocked items may take up to 3 weeks.

Limitation of Liability – We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

User Responsibilities – You agree not to misuse our website or products and to comply with applicable laws.
 

Governing Law – These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.


Updates – We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes.


5. SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Method


We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), a trusted carrier offering reliable service
across the continental United States.


Shipping Timeframe


Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to weather or carrier
delays.


Non-Stocked Items
For products not currently in stock, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.


Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipping. Tracking information will be
emailed once your package ships.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs range from $15 to $28 per box, depending on the number and size of boxes required.
Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.


Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.


Lost or Delayed Packages
Jones Salon Suite is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in USPS possession. If

an issue arises, we will assist as best we can.
