POLICY
JONES, SALON SUITE REQUIRES A CREDIT CARD IN ORDER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WOULD NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED.
IF 48 HOURS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN, THE RESERVED CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE THAT WAS BOOKED. SAME DAY NO SHOW'S WILL RESULT IN THE FULL SERVICE PRICE CHARGE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVDE THE SERVICE SCHEDULED AND WILL RESULT IN A SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE.

TO BETTER PREPARE YOURSELF FOR OUR CALL PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRE-CALL REQUIREMENTS:
3 CURRENT PHOTOS OF YOU HAIR - SIDE, SIDE, BACK.
1-2 INSPIRATION PHOTOS FROM EITHER PINTEREST OR INSTAGRAM.
CURRENT HAIR PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN IN NATURAL, INDIRECT SUNLIGHT.
INSPIRATION PHOTOS CANNOT BE OLD PHOTOS OF SELF.
